Shipping is selected upon checkout. Our current selections allow for USPS priority mail shipping, which is 2 to 3 days in most cases.  If you are local you may opt to pick up your order at our Oakland location or at an upcoming farmer's market; we offer East Bay delivery for $15 if you are within 15 miles of our location.
